About Me
I am passionate about data science, with a particular focus on people analytics and the strategic use of data to drive organizational performance. I am deeply committed to leveraging analytics to create measurable business value in close partnership with leadership teams.

At MCG, I led data-driven initiatives designed to improve performance and maximize ROI for our clients. I guided a large, cross-functional team through KPI re-engineering efforts and the integration of new systems and technologies, delivering transformative, data-informed outcomes. My experience also includes leading HR systems projects for a global financial services firm and several technology companies, where I applied advanced modeling techniques to develop innovative solutions and enhance reporting capabilities.
Since then, I’ve held a range of people analytics roles of increasing scope and responsibility. I’ve built and scaled analytics functions, developed predictive models to support retention and hiring decisions, and modernized reporting environments to make workforce data more accessible and actionable for business leaders. I’ve partnered closely with HR and Finance teams, led dashboard strategy, and supported executive decision-making through both hands-on modeling and analytics leadership

To further strengthen my technical expertise, I completed an intensive Data Science Bootcamp, expanding my proficiency in Python, SQL, VBA, Tableau, Plotly, JavaScript, D3, MATLAB, HTML, CSS, and APIs. I have extensive experience working with large datasets, performing data cleaning and web scraping, and building compelling visualizations that translate complex analyses into actionable insights. I also hold a Master of Science in Business Analytics from NYU (2019).

Outside of work, I am an avid runner and am currently working toward completing the World Marathon Majors. I also volunteer as Treasurer for San Francisco FrontRunners, where I support the club’s financial operations and broader community initiatives. In my free time, I enjoy staying current with data science and technology podcasts, playing video games, spending time with dogs, and watching sci-fi series.
